Summary The Client is looking for SAP position with a leading manufacturer of consumer products. Our client is seeking an SAP QM Consultant for a contract position near Seattle, WA. This QM role will allow you to work in a collaborative and innovative environment and provides an opportunity to leave your mark while working in the leading-edge of SAP technology. A strong candidate will have a strong competency in QM, foundational knowledge in PP and MM, and knowledge of or experience in SCM.
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Define the overall technical & functional architecture for Quality Management systems and applications envisioned with the customer.
    • Define the technical & functional requirements for the implementation of SAP QM ( Functional spec & Business Blue print for SAP QM)
    • Present the customer technical & functional aspects of solution, including methodology followed, and user interfaces or devices selected.
    • Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer.
    • Representing Module for the cross system integration session with PP, MM and WM
    • Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the customer, project managers and team members.
    • Global and transformation with SAP Implementation, Blueprinting, Config, Testing, Cut Over, Go Live activities

 
Education and/or Experience          

    • Experienced in SAP’s QM processes for Engineer to Order scenario
    • Experienced in SAP's supply chain solutions, specializing in Quality Management (QM), Quality Inspection Engine (QIE), and Audit Management (AM).
    • Experience in SAP’s Audit Management tool widely used for supplier quality, process, safety, environmental, and GRC audits.
    • Experience in SAP’s Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tool, which is used for systematically improving product and process design and quality.
    • Experience in the design of custom solutions and enhancements in all areas of QM and QIE using customer exits and Business Add-ins (BADI).
    • Experienced & versed with the cross module integration with MM , PP , SD , FICO , WM , DMS.
